Do you have a store?
No, we are an online retailer.
Can I place my order through Whatsapp?
Orders are placed through the websites only, however if you need any help you can contact us on whatsapp.
Can I collect my order instead of delivery ?
No, orders can be delivered only.
Can I change my contact number after placing my order?

If you put in a wrong number, Send an email to support@minervaom.com ASAP and quote your order number to change it. Please note putting a wrong number will cause a delay in delivery. 

Can I cancel my Order?

You can cancel your order that hasn’t been dispatched yet by emailing support@minervaom.com.
Please note 5% of the payment will be deducted as a transaction fee, and it will take 5-15 working days to process refunds.

What happens if I receive a wrong order?

If a wrong order is received , please send an email to support@minervaom.com. Or contact us on Whatsapp to resolve your issue. Please make sure to quote your order number and send some photos of the order if needed.

What are the payment methods ?

Credit and debit card ( Visa & MasterCard ).

Can I pay cash on delivery?

Unfortunately this is not an available option, however we offer different payment methods like debit card and credit card.

Shipping

How long does it take to receive my order?

It takes 2-5 working days after dispatch. 
Please note delivery timing can be affected by public holidays and festive seasons. 

Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately we only deliver inside Oman at the moment.

2 OMR to Most areas of Oman
3 OMR to Musandem , Musairah and Al-Wusta region
Free delivery for orders over 30 OMR
