Shipping Policy

We are pleased to offer shipping services to our customers within Oman and GCC countries only.

# All orders will be dispatched within 24-48 hours of receiving payment. Delivery times may vary based on the location of the customer, but customers in Oman can expect their orders to arrive within 2-5 working days after dispatch. For GCC orders, delivery can be expected within 5-10 working days.

# Please note that delivery times may be affected by festive seasons and public holidays. We will do our best to communicate any potential delays in advance, but we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by external factors beyond our control.

# Please ensure that you provide us with accurate and complete delivery information, including the correct delivery address, contact person, and contact number. We will not be responsible for any delays or additional costs incurred due to incorrect details provided by the customers.

# International Shipping & Customs Policy:

  • Customer Responsibility: It is the customer’s responsibility to check local regulations regarding the importation of books and products before placing an order.
  • Seizures & Restrictions: If items are seized, confiscated, or destroyed by customs officials due to violation of local laws, restrictions, or prohibited content, Minerva Bookstore is not responsible and will not issue a refund or reship the products.
  • Customs Clearance: Any customs duties, taxes, or clearance fees are the sole responsibility of the customer.
